I am a 3DM Coach, which means I partner with Christian leaders who seek to incorporate the 3DM vision and practices in creating a culture of discipleship, both for their lives and their ministries.
Jesus left us with a very simple, yet very challenging mission as his representatives on the earth - "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you (Matt 28:19-20)." We understand the challenges facing Christian leaders in this day to make disciples who make more disciples. We've learned the fine art of attractional ministry, filling seats for weekend services and filling our tithe baskets, but we have yet to discover a simple, memorable and reproducible means of multiplying disciples of Jesus.
To this end, we at 3DM have committed ourselves to passing on through intentional, effective coaching the basic VISION and TOOLS that really do empower Christian leaders to make disciples who make more disciples. Many have said we are only one generation away from an extinct church and this is true. For this reason Jesus gave us a simple plan - baptize (immerse) others into a right relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and teach them to live a life representative of that right relationship.
We at 3DM say the Christian life is simply living in RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with GOD and REPRESENTING GOD in every area of our lives. Therefore we are excited to share with Christian leaders the simple vision, values, vocabulary and vehicles that empower every Christian to make disciples who make more disciples.

- Eric Pfeiffer
- I entered my first ministry position ten years ago as worship leader for a mid-sized Southern Baptist church in Southern California and have spent the past two years planting a missional community in Glendale, Arizona. In between, I have served as pastor in downtown San Diego, College Pastor in Southeast, Los Angeles, and as associate pastor for a large church in Arizona (Community Church of Joy). From mega-church to church plant, from mainline to emerging expressions of church, I have enjoyed the privilege of learning how to develop a discipleship culture in virtually every expression of church in North America. Together with my wife and children, we have recently pioneered Open Heaven, a missional community in Glendale, Arizona. Rooted in the vision, values and vocabulary of the 3DM DNA (www.3dministries.com), almost every member is being intentionally discipled and learning to contribute significantly as members of the body of Christ and make more disciples. In only a short time we are already planning our departure, as emerging leaders are ready to take over and lead the charge to make more disciples, and thus grow the church.
